Do it For Yourself- Not for Him
So many of my friends come to me whining about how they want to loose weight for their current boyfriends, most of whom are not worth the couch they sit on! It is so sad to hear these girls want to change themselves for a man that cant even try to get a job. I just wish they would work to loose it because they want to get shredded abs for them! That way it will last and not gain it all back when the guy ends up leaving you for some reason. There are so many rewards to loosing weight, a man is not one of them.
