During the interview with your Nanny, you should ask a lot of questions to ensure that she is right for the job.  Obviously you want to ask her if she had previous baby sitting experience.

Have she taken any courses on child care, and does she have any CPR or First Aids training.

Another important question to ask is … is her health clean? Is her immunizations records recent? Does she have a family history of any disease that you should know of.

These are all important questions you should ask your nanny before employing her. As always, perform nanny background checks befor employing her.
