I guess I got the coaching job because I was the only parent that didn’t know how to say no.  I like football, but I am more of fan then a guy who should be given this leadership position.  I don’t want to let the kids down or the parents, but I guess they chose me.  I need to move forward.  Coaching youth football may seem easy, but there is a lot you have to know.  You need to know what drills to run, who should be given which position and you need to have a playbook that will give your team the best chance to win.
