Right now the economy is down in the dumps. As you probably already know the Tampa, Saint Petersburg, and Clearwater Florida areas are very hard to get a good deal on a home. The area is one of the most beautiful in the entire world.

This is why super bowls, countless festivals, competitions, and so much is held in this area. It is a Mecca for business and travel considering all the huge name celebrities that live there. 

I would recommend living in and looking for a house in the area nearest to the marinas where you can park a boat.
