I am an avid exercise fanatic. I remember about 6 months ago I was at 250lbs and this was not acceptable for me. I am already 29 years old and if I did not start exercising then I might have a harder time losing weight as I get older.Started running everyday and I always put a sweat band around my stomach to be able to perspire the right way and faster on that area. I keep focus on losing stomach fat because that is usually the first bulge you see when you are fat. I also do some sit ups and even up to the point of doing Hip Hop Abs.
