I have been looking for the best Utah catering business in my area. I am getting married in June and am expecting about 400 people. I did not realize the work that would be involved in a wedding this large. I am hoping that once I get the catering company booked, it will all become a bit easier. I think that word of mouth recommendations is the best way to find out about a catering company. It is easy to make a nice dish for me to try, but can they make that same dish for 400 people. I need to talk to other people in my area that have hosted large catered gatherings.
