I arrived at my desk this morning to discover that there was a big nine litre fire extinguisher sitting on it. When I asked around to find out about it, nobody seemed to know where it had come from or who had put it there. If I had walked in to find a drinking fountain it would have been understandable as the company itself specializes in the sale and distribution of drinking fountains. However to find a fire extinguisher was quite a surprise, it looked out of place on my desk and I needed to find a place for it as soon as possible.
