The choice of hiking boots available can be quite overwhelming. There are several styles and manufacturers. And the prices can vary quite a bit. And you do get what you pay for. There are of course trendy brands that are popular just for their name or the celebrity wearing them. These are usually lower end hiking boots. Then there are the high quality technical boots. If you are actually going to be wearing your hiking boots for the purpose of hiking, then you should spend the money and invest in a good pair of boots. Just don’t think you will be finding them in zebra print boots.
