Plumbing is a skill that any homeowner should have.  With home ownership, you never know when a problem with your pipes will arise.  Bathrooms in particular are sources of vast frustration.  Have a contractor help you with caulking a bath tub seal if you have determined that the source of the leak is the ceramic material.  A big leak can be fixed quite simply if youa re equipped with the propper supplies.  Make sure to get the blueprints to your bathroom before you begin your remodel project.  You will want to know where the water shutoff valve to your house is, as well.
