Thirty symptoms of adrenal fatigue are listed in an article I wrote, but there are many more. These symptoms are so different that they totally confuse most doctors. They say things like, “you have so many symptoms that I don’t know where to start.” It really is unfortunate that they don’t have a clue as to what adrenal fatigue is. The medical community does not recognize the problem unless the adrenal glands shut down completely. This does not just happen all of a sudden, it takes time, years in most cases, before the issue becomes serious, even deadly in many cases.
