Since I switched my workout due to health reasons, I have actually felt better then I did since it has not been so rigorous. In the past I used to tailor my workouts to my A type personality. I did not think that it was worth it to work out if I did not break a sweat within the first couple of minutes. When I was first introduced to an elliptical exercise machine I was not as happy because I was not making the impact but then after a few workouts my joints thanked me and I was happy for the intense workout.
