It just figures that I finally find a meal plan that I could foresee myself sticking to for the long haul in order to lose the weight that I have been trying to lose for years, but the problem is in finding the foods that are on the diet. Maybe that is what attracted me to it in the first place was all the great foods that I could have with the Mediterranean Weight Loss Diet but now I need to know where to go for some of the ingredients and foods that are listed on the diet so that I can get started.
