The only thing I have set my foot down for my bookkeeper is about bringing children to my office. I have expensive office equipment that is not a toy. I also do not want food and drinks in there that can potentially damage my computers or paperwork. My office is not set up for children, and my own children are not allowed in there for more than five minutes at a time. I learned the hard way, when my 1 year old son turned off my computer in the middle of updating a file. The file became corrupted and could not be recovered, causing me to have to redo the whole thing.
