The History Channel has been showing more and more of stories that are linked to the 2012 prophecy. They are not biased, showing many different versions of the prophecy based on the culture that they are highlighting for that particular program. The subject of 2012 is getting increasingly popular as we near the timeline that has been foretold of so many years ago. 2012 authors are becoming a lot more popular as well, making exceptional sales on their books. Whether they be fictional or non-fiction, the masses are becoming intrigued, if not obsessed with this subject and the theories of what will happen in 2012.
