My husband and I were recently married and we finally received our final wedding photos in a beautiful album. We ordered a few extras to give to our parents as well. When I was arranging those in a small album to give to them it seemed as though one was missing. I thought we had ordered two extras of my favorite pose of the two of us in the garden but I could not find it. A few weeks later my husband came home with a surprise for me. He had been the one to take the photo and he had gotten an oil painting portrait done of it.  I was so surprised by his thoughtfulness.  Of course the beautiful painting now has a place of honor right above the mantel in the living room.
